Project Rwuis LNG3 Lead Planner- Deputy Project Control Manger October 2007 till Now Description Start Till PC- Works of jetty construction for Rwuis 1-1-2009 Project Completed LNG3( liquefied natural gas phase 3 ) under December2010Claims Snamporjetti as main contractor, Abu Dhabi Completed on May2011. Company for Industrial Gases (Gasco) as a client and Fosterweeler as a client representative. The scope was 1- 1.7 KM Jetty and two loading & offloading platforms construction 2- Pipe rack 9 process lines 3- Process piping, equipments, instrumentation and loading arms. 4- Firefighting Systems The US $160 million finished with the pre commissioning on Dec2009. Khalifa port and industrial zone phase1 Khalifa port and industrial zone phase1 under Bechtel Co as Management and ADPC as Client. I am the senior planner with supervision of Archirodon planning manger in the consortium of Archirodon construction, Hyundai engineering and Boskalis westinmar with a scope of US $ 2 Billion. In this project I am playing the role of the contractor with the client and the role of the client with the consortium three companies to control the following 1-two bridges with 1 KM long for each designed for heavy transportation vehicle ( access to the port) and one for normal transportation ( 1.7 KM length ) access for a special berth for Aluminum Station. 2- 4 KM causeways to complete the access of the port. 3- Around 8 KM of Quay walls 4- Dredging of Basin and Channel till -18.5 depth 5- Seawater intake ( culvert design ). 5- Around 7 KM length of Breakwaters to protect the marine process in the port and also to protect the coral life in the area. Emirates Aluminum seawater intake and return Pipelines system (infrastructure) with Bechtel Co as Management and ADPC as Client. Scope is US $ 34.87 to install 6 pipelines for intake and three for drainage. Installation of 1.7 km Steel Structure which will be used for the electro mechanical equipment of the loading and offloading process for Emirates Aluminum complex with SNC. Lavalin . The Sheikh Zayed Bridge will be the third bridge to the island on which Abu Dhabi is situated. The highway bridge will have four lanes, an emergency lane and a pedestrian walkway in each direction. The bridge is about 68 meters in width and 842 meters in length, with a central steel arch span of 234 meters. Lead Planner October 2007 till Now Project Shah Gas development program Company Saipem - Italy Description $ 3.5 billion EPC contracts as part of the Shah Gas development program. The development program is designed to treat 1 billion cubic feet a day of sour gas from the Shah field, before separating the sulphur from the natural gas and transporting both to processing facilities at Habshan area, and then to Ruwais, located in the northern part of the Emirate. The Shah field is located 180 kilometres south west of Abu Dhabi city. The first two contracts encompass the engineering, procurement, and construction of the gas process plant and of the sulphur recovery unit. The third contract covers the engineering, procurement, and construction of nearly 250 kilometre long pipelines in total for transporting gas, condensate and NGL from the Shah Gas plant to Habshan and ASAB tie-in point.
