From the General Secretary of APCO Employees union representation No.AEU/PRC/PRC-2010/2012, dt.26.09.2012. *** O R D E R:In the reference 1st read above, Government have accorded permission partially to implement the Revised Pay Scales, 2010, i.e., 50% hike in salaries to the employees of Andhra Pradesh State Handloom Weavers Co-operative Society Limited (APCO), subject to the following conditions:(a) the Financial Commitment on implementation of Revised Pay Scales, 2010 to the employees of APCO, shall be met by APCO from its internally generated resources, without any budgetary support from the Government or increase in managerial subsidy; if any; (b) APCO should not end up in losses and should not appoint any new staff. (c) this will come into effect from the date of issue of these orders. 2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State Handloom Weavers Co-operative Society Limited (APCO), Hyderabad, while submitting a detailed report on implementation of the 50% of PRC-2010 to the APCO employees, inter-alia, has stated that the APCO has improved its business volumes over the period and during the year 201011 it is improved to the extent of Rs.230.00 crores and also executed the prestigious order of supply of School uniforms under Rajiv Vidya Mission, during the year 2011-12 to the extent of Rs.52.53 crores and the proposal to supply the same for the year 2012-13 is also under the consideration of the Government. This will enable to meet the additional expenditure smoothly to be incurred on the Establishment and Administration of implementing the balance 50% of RPS, 2010, and requested to sanction and accord permission to implement the balance 50% RPS, 2010 to the APCO Employees. Government, after careful examination, have decided to implement the balance 50% of Revised Pay Scales, 2010, as requested by the Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State Handloom Weavers Co-operative Society Limited (APCO), Hyderabad. Accordingly, Government hereby accord permission to implement the balance 50% of Revised Pay Scales, 2010, to the employees of Andhra Pradesh State Handloom Weavers Co-operative Society Limited (APCO), subject to the following conditions:(a) the Financial Commitment on implementation of balance 50% of Revised Pay Scales, 2010 to the employees of APCO, shall be met by APCO from its internally generated resources, without any budgetary support from the Government or increase in managerial subsidy; if any. (b) APCO should not end up in losses and should not appoint any new staff, beyond its cadre strength. (c) this will come into effect from the date of 13.05.2011. 4. The Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State Handloom Weavers Co-operative Society Limited (APCO), Hyderabad shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.I&C) Department vide their U.O.No26373/362/Exp.I&C/12, dt.28/09/2012.
