Call to Order
Ruel: Good day Ladies and Gentlemen. May I have your attention please. We are about to begin our Dinner Reception so please find a seat and make yourself comfortable. Let us begin this celebration with a prayer. Let us all stand, bow down our heads and put ourselves in the presence of God. In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, Amen.

And so, here we are at Jerusalem Hall for the most exciting part - the Dinner Reception for our newlyweds in celebration of the beginning of their new life together. So sit down, relax and enjoy the rest of the evening.

Both: I am Ruel, and I am Ma-an; your hosts for today. Ruel: In behalf of Jun2x and jessica and their parents, we would like to express their heartfelt gratitude for your presence at this memorable occasion. Ma-an: It is indeed a pleasure to have you all today. PAUSE FOR A WHILE Ruel: Ladies and gentlemen the wedding entourage. Lets start with the Grooms men and Bridesmaids.

Opening Prayer by Ma-an

Heavenly Father, Love has been your richest and greatest gift to this world. Love between a man and a woman which matures into marriage. Today, we celebrate that love. Lord for the joy of this occasion, we thank You. For Your presence here and now and at all times, we thank You. Protect, guide, and bless Jun2x and Jessica and everyone present here. Surround us with Your love now and always. In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Ma-an: A very good day to everyone and welcome to Jun2x and jessicas Dinner Reception. We are done with the solemn part of the celebration and we thank those people who were with us earlier at the Virgen Dela Paz Y Buen Viaje Parish for the wedding ceremony. And for those who just join in, Welcome!

Ruel: The First Dance is a symbol of the consummation of their wedding vows. This Dance is the wedding couples' first cooperative engagement and joint endeavor. As the saying goes, It takes two to tango. Mr. Gerome Arguilles and Ms. Lelith Quredo shall serenade the new couple for their first dance. Ma-an: Ladies and gentlemen, it is once again my privilege to present to you Mr. and Mrs. Concordio Cubelo Jr. with their First Dance. Ruel: Thank you Jun2x and Jessica, Let us once again give them a big round of applause .

Grace Before Meals

Ruel: Well I guess the food is now ready and dinner will commence shortly. Everyone is requested to rise for the grace before meals Ma-an: Lord Jesus Christ, we thank you for the food we share tonight, in celebration of Jessicas and Jun2xs marriage We thank you for the love, guidance and support of our parents, family and friends We thank you for making this day so enjoyable, and bless those that have worked hard to make this day a success for Jessica and Jun2x Thank you Lord for the freedom we have in our lives and the beautiful country we enjoy it in Heavenly Father, we ask this blessing for the newly married couple, May their love be firm, and may their dream of life together be a river between two shores--by day bathed in sunlight, and by night illuminated from within. May the herons carry news of them to the heavens, and the salmon bring the sea's blue grace. May their twin thoughts spiral upward like leafy vines, like fiddle strings in the wind,

5 First Dance
Ma-an: Today is indeed a special night and will forever be etched in the memory of our beloved couple. For tonight marks the beginning of their new life together. From this day forward they shall be one, and on this joyful beginning what could be more fitting than to celebrate it with their First Dance.

May I have your attention please, I guess by now everyone had their fill of our sumptuous food prepared by Roslyd Catering Services. At this point the newlyweds would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone personally for your presence. Jun2x and jessica will now go from one table to another to greet each and everyone and to have their souvenir picture taking with their guests.

Ruel: Thank you to generous sponsors, relatives, friends, and neighbors for gracing the couple with your financial support

Slicing of the Wedding Cake and First Toast

Ruel: We will now resume with our program and its time for dessert. May I now request Jun2x and Jessica to do the honors of cutting the wedding cake. I would like to request the maid of honor and the best man to assist the newlyweds. (Newlyweds comes forward to cut the cake.) Ma-an: It is time for the first toast of the newlyweds. I would like to request the maid of honor and best man to prepare the wine and the glasses.

Well Wishes from Family and Friends

Ma-an: It is said that our parents are our first teachers having raised us patiently from childhood to adulthood. They have been our source of comfort, support and inspiration. Jun2x and jessica are truly blessed with such wonderful parents and Im quite sure when it comes to knowing what marriage is all about, they always have a word or two to share to their children. We would like to call on the Father of the Bride, Mr. Domingo Lapuot Sr. to say a few words of wisdom and Best Wished to our newlyweds Ruel: Thank you so much Sir for that inspiring message. And now we would like to call on the Mother of the Groom, Mrs. Temotia Cubelo to say a few words of wisdom to our newlyweds.

7 Ma-an: Thank you Madam. In behalf of our male principal sponsors, we would like to call on any representative from the male principal sponsor (Mr. Anecito Apatan and/or Mr. Jaime Vargas) to say a few words to Jun2x and jessica. Ruel: Thank you sir (s). We would like to request any representative from the female principal sponsors (Mrs. Raquel Cultura and/or Mrs. Teresita Natad) to say inspirational words to our new couple. Ma-an: Thank you Madam. For some messages from the friends of the newlyweds, may I request Mr. Marven Arlan and Mrs. Marilou Madelo to do the honor. Ma-an: thank you all...lets us again give them a big hand for such wonderful and meaningful speeches.

8 Bouquet Throw

Ruel: Ok now let us all have some fun and its time for the traditional Bouquet Throw. At this point we would like to request all the single ladies to please come forward for the bouquet throw. We would also like to request the bride to come forward and take her place center stage. (INSTRUCTIONS: Emcee motions and waits for all single ladies to come forward) Ladies kindly take your place behind the bride and be prepared to catch the bouquet. It is said that whoever will catch the bouquet will soon be the next bride. So is everyone in? Ready when you are at the count of three the bride will throw her bouquet. May I also request the audience to please join me in the counting. (INSTRUCTIONS: Emcee make sure that everyone is in place) Let us now start the countdown. One.Two.Threeand there it goes. (Bride throws the bouquet and the ladies tries to catch it.) May I request for the lady who was able to catch the bouquet to please come forward Congratulations Miss_____, May I have your name please. (INSTRUCTIONS: Emcee draws the microphone to the lady.) Ok lets give a big hand to Miss ___________. Please have a seat beside the bride and in a moment we shall find your match in the garter Toss.

Retrieval of the Garter

Ma-an: Before we go on with the Garter Toss, the groom is to retrieve the garter from his bride. So may we request Jun2x and Jessica to please come center stage and do the garter retrieval ritual.

(A chair is brought onstage for the bride to sit. while groom kneels down at the bride's feet ready to retrieve the garter) Ladies and gentleman the groom will now retrieve the garter from the bride. (Groom retrieves the garter from the bride.) There you have it ladies and gentlemen; the groom was finally able to retrieve the garter. Let us give him a big hand.

Ma-an: Let us give them a round of applause. At this point, Mr. ___________ and Ms. _____________ will take their first slice of the cake and first toast. Again, we request the best man and the maid of honor to assist them.

9 Garter Toss
Ma-an: Ok it is now the gentlemen's turn and we will now do the garter toss. May I request all single men to please come forward for the Garter Toss. (INSTRUCTIONS: Emcee motions and waits for all single men to come forward) Gentlemen please take your place behind the groom and be ready to catch the garter. So is everyone ready? At the count of three the groom will throw the garter and again we request the audience to participate in the countdown. (INSTRUCTIONS: Emcee makes sure that everyone is in place) Ok ready when you are guys. One.. TwoThree and .....off it Goes !!!! (Groom throws the bouquet and the gentlemen tries to catch it.) May I request for the gentleman who was able to catch the garter to please come forward Congratulations Mr._____, May I have your name please. (INSTRUCTIONS: Emcee draws the microphone to the guy.) Ok lets give a big hand to Mr. ___________. Ruel: We would like to request the maid of honor and the best man to prepare seats for Mr. ________________ and Ms. _______________. Now, Mr. ____________ will put on the garter to the right leg of Ms. _________________.

10 Opening of Gifts
Ruel: Congratulations again to Mr. _________ and Ms. ____________. It is time for the couple to open their gifts We would like to request the best man and maid of honor to assist the couple. The first look for the smallest gift (mention the name in the card) Ma-an: It is time for the medium-sized gift (mention the name in the card) Finally, it is time for the largest gift to be opened (mention the name in the card) Ruel: Thank you very much for those who shared their blessings to Jun2x and Jessica for them to start their new life together with abundance.
