Cooperez cu ROLAND GAREIS CONSULTING din
2005. Împreună am iniţiat diverse activităţi pentru a
continua dezvoltarea la termen a managementului de
proiect în cadrul Petrom Explorări & Producţie. Am
acordat atenţie recrutării şi pregătirii prin training a
potenţialilor manageri de proiect. De asemenea, am
dezvoltat proceduri pentru managementul de proiect
şi planuri de proiecte standard. Începînd cu toamna
lui 2006 proiectele cheie sunt susţinute pentru
a asigura un nivel profesionist de management
de proiect. Aceste eforturi au fost coordonate de
Departamentul de Proiecte la nivel central şi au fost
sprijinite de Directorii de Proiect la nivel regional ai
Petrom Explorări & Producţie. De altfel, şi Birourile
de Proiecte la nivel local din zonele respective au fost
implicate.
