Now comes BIDWELL CIGAR, INC., (“BIDWELL CIGAR”), applicant in the

above-captioned matter, and answers the Notice of Opposition (the “Opposition”) filed

by Opposer, CIGARS INTERNATIONAL, INC. (“CIGARS INTERNATIONAL”), as
