Project in 1980s is providing schedule and resource data to senior management. In 1990s, project is a business environment to become more complex new technologies. While in 21 century, project is globalization advancement in hardware and software, networks, use of Interdisciplinary and global work team, radically changed the work environment. There has an IT project rush-Multimedia Projects. A project has a unique purpose, well defined objective and a unique product or services. Project is a temporary effort work which is under the time constrained, using the information and resources to achieve a unique service or objectives. Besides that, project is a defined beginning and a definite end. It will form a team to work on collaboration Multimedia Project. Project also will expect a report and executive presentation of the results in a month. A project requires resources, often from various areas like people, hardware, software, other assets for collaboration not just from IT department but from sales, market and other to develop the ideas. In additional, project should have primary sponsor or customer. A program is a group of projects managed in a coordinated way. A project has to involve uncertainty because they are unique, difficult to clearly define projects objectives or how much it will cost. Project management is very challenging and using the knowledge of management and techniques in project to achieve the project requirements. In project management includes leading, organizing, staffing, planning and controlling.

The main attributes of project are: 1. goal objective ( all the project must have unique goal objective so that the project is done to achieve the goal objective)

2. triple constraint( Scope, Cost, Time)

3. Start and end date ( the date is very important to estimate the process and evaluation of project)

4. Sponsor and stakeholders

The project different from what most people do in their day-to-day jobs because the project have the unique goal objective and project will end with the specific date if the project have achieve the goal objectives.

The factors affects a project are 1. Knowledge (having the related knowledge about the project is very useful to done the project)

2. Preparation (preliminary study of the project is to ensure that the project is feasibility and profitable to avoid wasting of time)

3. Organization ( beginning and end date, budget need to consider in the schedule so that the plan is run smooth)

4. Leadership (someone is needed to guide or lead the whole project to run, the leader will divide the teammate according to their strength)

5. Teamwork ( all teammates have to work together in order to finish up the project as fast as possible)

6. Timeliness ( the project manager have to consider about the progress of project )
