Structure of Programme
The first 3months you would be required to work on projects, generic in nature, to allow you to interact with the environment and simultaneously learn your own strength and weaknesses. Based on a detailed assessment at the end of 90 days, you will be given specific assignments, of either Product Marketing or Marketing Communication, of high business importance with accountability to execute them. All this while, there will be continuous coaching from the top Management, according to your specific needs, to ensure your professional development accompanied with contemporary Management Development Programmes. Product Marketing
Develop product positioning and messaging strategy Conduct competitor analysis and market research to improve product positioning Develop innovative marketing programs and identify marketing channels to drive product demand Plan and execute new product launches and releases by coordinating with cross-functional teams viz. product management, marketing, sales, presales, etc. Develop sales enablement tools to effectively communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team Deliver messaging documents and content for sales collateral, website, and presentations
Marketing Communication
Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategy based on the product positioning through website content, collaterals, presentations, white papers etc Plan & Execute content-driven marketing programmes that reflect the overall marketing strategy and create an ideal brand experience Develop effective messaging for events, road shows, advertisements etc Drive development/update for marketing collaterals, e.g. white papers, case studies, brochures etc. for internal as well as an international audience Coordinate with advertising agencies for designing marketing collaterals Manage & Track lead generation programs Develop and deploy social media marketing efforts to support the mainline marketing activities Develop product Go to Market plans and branding messages Manage PR and Analyst Relations Manage all client communications, engagement and prospect relations Conceptualize and build sales enablement tools that effectively communicates our positioning to prospects, customers and partners
