Objectives: General objective: To learn how can taxonomy classification can be useful Specific objective: To learn how different species are organized Specific objective: Learn to be creative by writing a poem talking about the taxonomic classification of the Gorilla.

Procedure: 1. Decide which animal to choose depending on the letter that was assigned to you by the teacher. 2. Search fot the taxonomic classification of the selected chosen animal, which in my case is the gorilla. 3. Investigate every level of classification 4. Start thinking about rhymes for the poem. 5. Arrange and write down the poem until it sounds cool.

Something big like the Godzilla Is besto known as the Gorilla He really likes to mate Oh! What a naughty primate. He likes to intimidate Because its family is Hominidae His Kingdom is Animalia Which rhymes with my friends name Amalia. I know that the famous Singer Mariah Would sing that gorillas class is Mammalia They are such a genius Thats why Gorilla is its Genus You can call them Gorilla or Biringei Because that is the Species name But if you try to call them apes They wont answer because that aint their names Someday I will make a great ballada Of how the gorillas Domain is de Eukarya Im done talking about the zootomy And this is the gorillas taxonomy Conclusions: Taxonomy is the science of classification of organisms. The organisms are classified based on their evolutionary relationships. The fundamental unit of life is refer to as the species. Although the concept of a natural unit for classification is critical to many fields within the biological sciences, biologists are far from agreeing on its exact definition, and the meaning of a species may vary somewhat depending on the type of biologist you question. The biological species concept states that a species is a population or series of populations whose members are able to interbreed freely under natural conditions and who do not breed with other species.. A simpler way to define species, which is not complete but will work for young audiences, is that a species is a unit of classification that refers to a population or series of populations of closely related and similar organisms.
