You will need to reduce your carbohydrate intake and increase your exercise +-5 is a trace reading and shows that you are in ketosis but have not yet reached the ideal point and need to further reduce carbohydrate intake and increase exercise +10 is the ideal reading and shows that you are in ketosis and your eating pattern is correct for you ++50 means that you are in ketosis but the reading is too high. You may need to increase your water intake. +++100 is much too high and indicates that you definitely require more water and that you will need to increase your carbohydrate intake as well

Caution: being in the ++50 or above reading does not increase your weight loss and could lead to increased health risks. Never become dehydrated when in ketosis.
