Title: Teaching Children Hygiene Using Problem Based Learning: The Story Telling Approach to Game Based Learning.

This study was about the web browser design based on games learning called e-Bug. E-Bug is a kind of learning that created in European for ages between 9 to 12 years old and between 13 to 15 years old. This kind of learning targeted to increase the ability of hand and respiratory system and reduce the antibiotic used without conditioned. This game does not required the teaching or lesson of teachers because in this system have been done with Learning Outcomes (LOs). So that, student can learned and played this game during in class time or beyond of class time. EBug website has been localized with 10 languages. An appropriate game learning for this e-Bug website learning has been chosen in this study which is adventure game. The Problem Based Learning (PBL) was used in e-Bug system game since there was lack of flexibility system to support this game type. The PBL required to students some problems that need to be solved based on their knowledge. Based on technical implementation, this game does not required to install via download or CDOM. This game needs to be play via internet only and with flash player version 8. The other version of flash player that has been build cannot support the e-Bug system. Below this adventure games, there are 5 stages need to be completed by students based on PBL. In stage 1, students have been introduced the relevant topics through their dialogues with computer. In stage 2, the problem statements were write by students and need to be understanding. In stage 3, the students created hypotheses based in what they have written in stage 2. These hypotheses will be solved by students with appropriate investigation in stage 4. This research will be decide whether the hypothesis will confirms or refutes. After that, the result will be present in stage 5 which is whether the hypothesis can be accepted or not. If the hypothesis is not true, then the player need back to stage 3 and identify another new hypothesis. From this PBL stages, this study can found the ability students to be independence when learn from this adventure games. But there were some problem also found that during evaluation where this game does not have spoken audio to support for those players with lack of reading the sentences during plays this website game. Some analysis will be carried out to improve the effectiveness of this game by Gameplay Director for World of Warcraft.
