Dr. Victor Stanculescus professional mission is to help dedicated clubs worldwide achieve their sports goals through a comprehensive series of developmentally appropriate, scientific programs and experiences focused on physical conditioning, basic and tactical skill acquisition along with the development of a global perspective of the game.

CLUB DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

Dr. Stanculescu believes that the concept of a modern club is based on the necessity to maximize investments and leverage additional growth and sustenance. And on this premise, the foundation of such concept relies on a set of interdependent programming solutions - unified within content and execution. Pushing this concept from design to execution means building a strong program meant to deliver success and a new standard of leadership coupled with a high rate of return on all of the clubs human and material investments.
EducationDr. Stanculescu believes this element to be the core of the superstructure, one of the most important vehicles to translate science, skill and strategy into high-quality performance. Players and TeamsThe second tier of programs consists of a series of interrelated activities focusing on the development of a new generation of performance football players (stars/super-star players and performance teams). FacilitiesBuilding a modern concept of performance presupposes the existence of high quality facilities and infrastructure. The profile of performance defined along the lines of playing, training and recovering, envisions a specific set of facilities built along the same three segments. MethodologyDesigning a strong methodology to support any football activity equates with an extensive knowledge of the overall taxonomy of performance and the intricate connections established across the teamwork involved in the planning, execution and assessment of performance. Dr. Stanculescu brings all of this wealth of knowledge to the group. CompetitionsThe competitions become the ultimate expression of the entire activity of all professional staff, a culmination of the work, effort and creativity invested in the sport, the art and business of football.
