I personally believe that the current state of Congress is really caused by the beliefs of people that are unreasonable they are in fact a not reasonable people I'll get more into it because it has to do with the simple fact that belief in of itself is not a reasoning process and in Congress there is a unification of religious persecution and lawmaking abilities But as that is my personal belief I just want to you know where I'm coming from; the fact of the matter is that there needs to be away of ensuring Congress creates laws and practices for the general good of the people. Currently the elected officials in Congress falls into generally two categories of people the first group are they reasonable people these are people that are Democratic and possibly Republican that understand that compromise and requirements outside of one's ideals is necessary to run Congress. Currently there are and elected group of officials that are unreasonable people they are in fact not reasonable people. These type of people hide behind something called their ideals and beliefs which are in fact religious persecution beliefs. These people are not reasonable and we will always have these kinds of people but never before have the dysfunction of Congress been so great In the United States citizens meaning those that are of we the people, we cannot afford the nonsense of those political ideals which are in fact religious and persecution actions. One will argue that I am incorrect but yet the processes involved in Congress today prove otherwise it is simply this the use of the turn debate and when Congress is a discussion there is no change in policy there is no change of ideas and thoughts of the debaters they have already made up their mind. Dear reader I hope you actually read this book I hope you will one day felt to enable the passage of the 28th amendment of the United States of America. This 28th amendment is a fundamental change in certain ways off and it solve certain problems. You will see many congressmen simply stood all we need this as a amendment to the Constitution United States or we need that to fix this problem and quite frankly it is the wrong approach to fixing these problems it's facing it on the backend which only solves one problem What is important understand that the 28th amendment solves many problems, and it all begins with the beginning problem is the fact that Congress is made up of people. And the only defining thing that I could come up with to define the people in Congress is that there is a group of people that are reasonable and there are a group of people that are not

reasonable people. I have always believed that the majority of people in America are reasonable people. Now I save by reasonable people I literally mean that they have the ability to reason and to think for themselves and when something is brought before them that his new meaning that this person has been exposed to a new idea or new concept that the American person will act in a reasonable manner and is willing to change his ideas based on the new information that is brought before him. Now it's important to understand that I do consider himself a self-proclaimed genius I have taken numerous intelligence tests on my own and have graded them of the variance between 138 of 262 IQ points now the more creative the actual test was the higher IQ I actually scored. As a genius and I looked at the problems that Congress is exposed to I realize that this is an actual false hood. The fact of the matter is that Congress is working exactly as designed Meaning that people are elected to Congress and that Congressman passes legislation. That is the whole point of Congress to create laws of a country. That's it that's what Congress actually does it creates and passes laws for the United States. Now that is functioning correctly what I will tell you is that quite frankly the laws are passed not for you. The actual problem with Congress is that it there is a group of reasonable people and there is also a group of not reasonable people and it's important to make the distinction between the two is also important to make the statistic the distinction of what reason of all is reason is the ability to process information that you are exposed to, able is the ability to accept information that you are given. And I will tell you right now in Congress there is a group of Republicans that are not reasonable people, they have their religious agenda their political ideas and claim that it's the will of the people. I would like to change the ability of those non-reasonable people to pass laws. It is important to understand that there is a requirement for the regulation of the laws being passed. While 200 years ago elected officials were voted into office every four or six years or two I'm not a historian, and that those individuals represented you. However with the advent of technologies the regulation mechanism of voting a congressman and office every four or six years is not good anymore the fact is detrimental to the health of the nation because of the speed of technologies in the speed of motion we need a quicker mechanism of regulation of Congress That's where the 28th amendment is actually common the play is a real-time regulation of the people that are actually voted in the office and this is what is actually needed today The other thing that is needed today is accurate information brought before the voter The other thing that is needed today is the ability of the general populace to bring forth their ideas and what laws that the American people actually wish to pass to be brought forth before Congress to be voted on Another thing that is needed today is the ability to have access to the committees in Congress

that currently public meaning John Q meaning you do not have access to. So what is required is a amendment to the Constitution to enable these functions to be in place. It's a big amendment and quite frankly after you read this amendment you will wonder why it hasn't already been done we have the technology of the Internet instantaneous communication information. I will tell you right now that this will happen one day if we do it sooner it's actually better for the country because it reintroduces more reasonable people in America.
