We have only ever served food that we want to eat ourselves, so were very proud that our butcher has just earned a Royal Warrant in recognition of supplying the Queen with the same top quality ethically-reared British meat as we buy. Aubrey Allen sources whole animals direct from the best farmers in the British Isles, then dry-ages & butchers the meat at its Warwickshire base. Our burgers are made solely from this quality beef, a mix of bavette & chuck steak with just the right amount of fat for juiciness & flavour. Not even seasoning is added until the moment of grilling. All the beef, pork, chicken & eggs we buy are free-range. So are the ingredients in our family-made Judes Ice Cream. We believe these are the most trustworthy ingredients we can source and (its no coincidence!) the best-tasting.
