ENTRY RULES
Adults
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. All entries MUST bear name, title, address, phone, category, price (or Not For Sale) on the back of entry. Entry blanks MUST be filled out with the same information plus number of entries. All entries (except Fiber Art) MUST be framed or gallery wrapped and ready for hanging with wire hangers. All works MUST be original and have been created by the exhibitor in the last five (5) years. All entries by any exhibitor MUST be entered in same division (Master/Professional/Amateur). All works that have won Best of Show or any cash awards in previous HSPS shows are ineligible for re-entry. In our local show, the Master Artist division consists of persons having a profession of teaching art, business of selling art or showing in art galleries. In the Professional Artist division, ONE TIME Best of Show winners must enter the Master Artist division. In the Amateur Artist division, ONE TIME Best of Show winners must enter the Professional Artist division. Maximum size of paintings and other works accepted is 48 wide (including frame and other supports) and is subject to space availability. HSPS charges a 25% commission on all sales. Pick-up date for all works entered is Friday, May 3, 2013.
