Constructor (C)
Must be a part of the Bidder General experience: Civil works in metro-type, underground railway transportation systems Experience period: Last 10 years Tunnel construction with TBM Construction of underground stations Specific experience 1 Project of 15 Km, 15 stations and investments for US$ 800 million or 4 Projects jointly comprising 20 Km, 20 stations and investments of US$ 1 billion. Stay: No less than 7 years Assets: US$ 500 million The constructor must also demonstrate: 10 years of experience in supply and installation of Electromechanical Equipment in no less than 2 Lines, with a length of no less than 15 Km and using Automatic Train Protection (ATP) technology.
Operator (O)
Must be a part of the Bidder. Specific experience: Experience period: no less than10 years Operation of at least one metro-type underground railway transportation system or Urban Railway System, with more than 150 million passengers per year. The number of passenger cannot include passengers from more than one system. Assets: US$ 200 million Stay: During the entire concession period Technical Assistance Contract should be submitted if the Operator does not meet the requirements. Operating Technical Advisor demonstrates compliance with requirements. Technical Advisors stay: No less than 10 years In such case, the operator: Experience period: no less than 3 years Assets: US$ 50 million
