Hands On Workshop in sub-groups:

Mapping a Kofax solution to a customer need

Instructions
Split into teams 10 minutes to review the scenario and ask further questions

30 minutes to define a high level solution with the required Kofax

modules
5 minutes/team: elevator pitch

Present an overview of the solution and explain how each module will address their challenges
Jury (= business-owner / Finance / IT from customer) judges the

solutions

International Bank Specialized in Microcredits 70 locations across country

Approx. 1500 payment orders / day


Completion of up to 3 different forms manually on site by customers Manual entry of data into CBS by front office clerk. Long queues in branches Hardcopies of forms need to be collected across country & are

sent to HQs for final validation.
