2. Discuss how we can communicate and make progress with the project
Pupils
• Pupils will have a greater understanding of “Europe” in particular the partner
countries both geographically and culturally
• Pupils gain independence and key skills including communication and ICT
School
• Schools will gain valuable resources to use with intervention band
• Teachers will gain experience from teachers specially trained in teaching SEN
pupils

5. Discussion of how we can integrate the project into the curriculum
The project will begin in essence from now onwards. KMI and CRO to implement
activities with KS3 intervention classes.
• Completion of application form

• Language workshops
• Language sharing videos
• Start research into partner countries
• Pupils begin communicating with partner schools through website
• Development of resources to be used in lessons
7. Discussion about writing a brief for the project: Part of the application process is to
write a 200 word introduction about the aims and ideals of the project
Future Aims
• CRO and KMI to work on the brief of the project.
• CRO to complete application form
• CRO and KMI to take ideas to international dimension and creative teaching and
learning parties to get other staff involved in the implementation of activities prior to
comenius project being authorised.
• Planning for trips once funding has been granted
