Sales Admin (Perm)

Prepare sales, purchase, delivery, invoices, custom clearance credit application, L/C and import/export shipping documentation.

Fresh Diploma holders are welcome or with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience Good knowledge of incoterms, contract administration, international trade Obtain quotations from fabricators/ machine shops/ freight forwarders, surveyors, administration e.g. import/export documentation, letters of credit etc is not insurance companies etc. mandatory but advantageous Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, transhipments, and delivery schedule with logistic agents, suppliers, distributors, freight forwarders and customers etc., including filing and claiming of insurance claims, sourcing for storage space for incoming shipments etc. Coordinate fabrication/production schedule with SMT and fabricators. Provide and improve customer service to support business activities Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders and customers to ensure smooth and prompt delivery of goods, prompt return of Delivery Order from customers, prompt submission of supporting documents (e.g. B/L, DO) for invoicing purpose, and prompt payment to suppliers. Monitor customers shipment closely to ensure order fulfilment and follow-up on accounts receivable. Monitor and maintain monthly stock-take reports, inventory level, and partake in stock taking. Undertake monthly closing of accounts. Using SAP on a daily basis to generate documents and doing data entries. Other ad-hoc admin duties Good analytical and problem-solving skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment Pleasant, good interpersonal & communication skills; meticulous; analytical Have a strong initiative and self motivation with good learning mindset Ability to work in a team as well as independently without supervision Proficient in MS Excel and Word Knowledge of SAP is advantageous

Front Desk Duties: Manage incoming calls, enquiries and transfer calls to relevant party or department. Attend to walk-in enquiries from guest, visitors and courier services etc. Show guests, clients, and visitors to their respective meeting/conference rooms.
