Breezy Hill Orchard reserves the right to forgo one week during the season, if fruit is unavailable. This is reflected in both the pricing structure as well as supplemental fruit on another week. Membership Agreement- By becoming a member of Millburn-Short Hills CSA, you assume the risks and reap the rewards of being a member of a community supported agriculture group. Please recognize that there is no guarantee of the exact amount of produce to be received each week. The farm cannot offer refunds, should you be unable to continue through the season. The farms strive to provide us with the highest quality products at a reduced rate from market price throughout the season in exchange for your advanced commitment to the farms. Note: Pick up day is Friday each week from 12 PM- 3PM in Downtown Millburn.

Form/Check Instructions 1. The agreement form and checks are needed no later than April 26. 2. Please fill out the top of the form with name, address, email and phone then check off which shares you wish to purchase. 3. Vegetable share: Make your check for $625 out to "Starbrite Farms. 4. Fruit share: Make your check out for $322 to "Breezy Hill Orchard. 5. Egg and/or pasta share: Make your check out to "Knoll Crest Farm. Egg Share, $115, Pasta, $115 6.
