Welcome to Current! This letter is intended to specify the services, and fee structure, in regards to your representation by Current. Please review, sign and return a copy. Heres what we provide to our artists: Outreach to Qualified Buyers We have on-going relationships with thousands of companies worldwide in highly diverse categories with a client base that includes photographers, art buyers, creative directors, fashion houses, editors, publicists, ad agencies, and film, TV and print producers and Fortune 1000 companies. Worldwide Electronic Marketing Services We send out weekly, market specific, promotional emails to our proprietary database of over 40,000 clients and service buyers worldwide. Current Website Presence We post 30 of your best images under the appropriate category(s) to the site which receives hundreds of hits daily and is a centralized source for buyers researching talent for the jobs they are working on now. Non-Exclusive Representation While by choice many of our artists are exclusively represented by us, we do not have a conflict in the event that you choose to have additional representation in specific markets. Flexibility We offer a variety of services depending on your specific needs and business model. Heres What We Expect from Our Artists. A Great Portfolio Representation by Current is by invitation only and is based on the quality of your work and how relevant it is to our clients. Keeping your images current and up to the highest image standards is key. Professionalism and Enthusiasm Our clients are all professionals and they count on us to only place highly professional and discrete talent. TERMS + CONDITIONS Current Representation Fee We charge a flat fee of 25% of all income derived from any assignment that originates through Current. All fees are paid directly to you by the client and you agree to remit the representation fee to Current within 10 days of receipt of payment. Note, we also offer billing services for an additional 5% per job. House Account Fee In the event that you elect to have Current manage your existing accounts (house accounts) we charge a fee of 15% of all income derived from any house accounts.

Marketing/Web Fee Our Marketing/Web Maintenance fee is $45 per month. You agree that all monthly fees will be automatically deducted from your Pay Pal account. Additional Terms + Definitions 1. Current shall not have the authority to bind or commit you in any way without your prior consent. 2. You agree to remit to Current the Commission on a timely basis but in no event later than 10 days from your receipt of the final and full payment from the client. If Current is compensated directly by the client it will deduct commissions before remitting the balance to you within 10 days of receiving payment. 3. In the event that Current is involved in the production services, creation, development, or ownership of any project, it is contemplated that Current may receive compensation directly from the project in the form of producer fees or profit participation. 4. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date of acceptance set forth below and shall continue for the period of one year, and shall remain in effect thereafter from year to year until terminated by either party. 5. This Agreement may be terminated by either Party with 30 days written notice without cause. 6. Non-circumvention: In the event that this Agreement is terminated, it is expressly understood that you may not be able to approach and/or solicit any Current clients with whom you have worked within the prior six month period from the date of termination until six months after the date of termination. It is mutually agreed that this Paragraph excludes any clients with whom you worked prior to this Agreement. 7. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of each of us and our representative successors and assigns.
