On the technical side, I bring significant depth in both computer operations and Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity with experience in multiple companies and have managed a corporate primary 24/7 data center and IT staff. I have grown Disaster Recovery at multiple companies from a limited project to a full scale corporate initiative, including implementing multi-platform, multi-location and multi-day per exercise events and documentation that including multiple departments within each organization. I have also been involved in multiple real disaster type events in my career and have had a part in the successful recovery each time On the leadership side, I have built high-performing cohesive teams from the ground up, with an emphasis on engagement, development and retention.
