The history of Belberry started in 1956, when Andr Vandererfven acquired a small grocery store ( picerie fine ) that

existed since the late 19th century in the West-Flemish city of Kortrijk. He started with the production of preserves for the local market. This happened after the wife of the neighborhoods pharmacist asked Andr to make her original marmalade with an ancient recipe, after she went too old to do the heavy job. When his son Thierry Vandererfven took over in 1990, he started with expanding the home made production and export these delicious preserves all over Europe. Nowadays, you can find Belberry preserves and delicatessen in the best department stores, the finest deli shops and luxury hotels & resorts all over the world. Nothing beats the exquisite taste of traditional made food, carefully crafted with the best ingredients.

NO AddEd SuGAr jAm

jam without addition of sugar is most convenient for diabetics or people wanting to reduce their sugar consumption. This jam is prepared according to the traditional method with 55 gr. of fruit per 100 gr. of jam. The employed substitute sugar is maltitol. If required natural apple pectin is added.

A handcrafted fruit & chocolate spread, a perfect mix of freshly selected fruit and Callebaut Satongo blend. Alphonso mango from Cameroon, Purple figs from Turkey, Belgian morello cherries and Willamette raspberries, Spanish Clementines. The origins of the Satongo blend are cocoa beans from Sao Tom, Tanzania and Ghana. This Fruit and chocolate spread can be used on toast, for patisserie or to fill macarons de Paris.

The result is a great sauce. 3. The vinegars can be used also to prepare a marinade for fish or chicken.
