Business Analyst / Solution Architect - Exploring opportunities to transform traditional business to social enterprise RobEntArch@gmail.com

Summary
I'm a Business Analyst, Architect and Technical Lead. My focus is on enterprise applications (social), user experience (UX), information architecture / assurance and IT strategy. I believe the secret to success is doing what you love. I've been passionate about technology and computer programming from a young age, and developed practical computer systems experience during my time with the US Department of Defence. I'm an avid user and developer of web technology and I love designing technical solutions using the digital playground we call the internet. My focus is on building the value proposition of enterprise social technology to achieve business value. I believe that in most organisations today social and collaborative technologies are undervalued. I am convinced that social enabled business solutions can transform what's broken in traditional business and allow enterprises to achieve engagement at scale. To achieve engagement at scale businesses will need to leverage social and data driven initiatives to maintain customer satisfaction, boost sales and improve brand image. To achieve this goal a committed Web/Social Architect is key to your organisational investment to deliver full value. I understand the need to align social tech and IT with real business needs, and to achieve these goals on time, within budget while maintaining a focus on operational excellence. I'm open to new challenges to collaboratively build innovative social and data driven solutions to enable next generation enterprises to achieve engagement at scale. If you have any questions about my experiences or have a challenge that you think I might be interested in, please connect with me. I believe LinkedIn offers the possibility to foster and develop real business relationships, not just an internet connection. # Twitter: @Solutionsmith # Phone: +1 (252) 227 0456 (google voice) # E-mail: robentarch@gmail.com
