Objective
Welcome to Experion Operations. This Read Me file contains an introduction to the AC-EXPOPR course, licensing information, installation instructions, and navigation instructions.

Introduction
AC-EXPOPR is designed to give you an overview of operating from an Experion Flex Station. The course is self-paced and takes approximately four hours to complete. The Experion PKS Operations main menu is divided into subject modules. The course can be completed in one session or can be broken up. You can click the next course module to continue where you left off. Material can be repeated as often as needed. There are questions for you to answer at the end of major sections. These are not scored and are only there for review. There is a final assessment that is scored. Your goal is 80% correct or better. The final can be repeated if desired. Keyboard navigation examples included in the course are tailored to a QWERTY keyboard. If you have an ICON station or stand-alone Operator Integrated keyboard, the bulk of the course material is still valid with the exception of the keyboard navigation examples.

Licensing Considerations
Installation of AC-EXPOPR does not require your license code. Installation will put an icon on the desktop of the PC. Opening the course from the icon for the first time on each PC will require you to enter the license code for that PC. Each PC needs a license code from Honeywell Automation College. Quantity discounts and site licenses are available.

Installation Procedure
Installation uses an interactive install program. You can simply insert the CD and follow the prompts. If you need more detail, instructions follow below. Step 1 Action Insert the installation CD. If the following install screen appears go to Step 3.

If the install screen does not appear, open Windows Explorer. Browse to the CD and double click Setup.exe to call up the installation screen shown in Step 1. Click Next. Read the license agreement. If you agree to the terms, click Yes to continue.

In the screen that follows, click Next to accept the default location for the installed files. Alternatively, browse to a different location and click Next.

In the screen that follows, click Next to accept the default names folder and for the installed files. Alternatively, choose different names and click Next.

When the next screen appears, wait for the installation to reach 100%.

Click Finish to complete the installation.

To begin the course, locate the icon shown below on the Windows desktop. Double click it.

Navigation
To navigate through the course, use the navigation tools built into the presentation. Below are details on navigation.

If you wish to start the course at the beginning, click on the Introduction and Overview target. If you wish to resume the course at a particular topic, click the topic from the Main Menu. The target will take you directly to that portion of the course.
