What do you need to run ATMdesk/Plus?

SDC Cable USB Cable NCR ATM Device which has ATMdesk/Plus Adapter, Windows PC running been working in a NCR ATM always connected via USB ATMdesk/Repair from under a legal NCR OS Cable to the PC www.atmdesk.com ATMdesk GmbH physically provides only the ATMdesk/Plus Adapter and Key. ATMdesk /Repair Software has to be downloaded from www.atmdesk.com and installed on your Windows PC. Power USB Key

You should have received from ATMdesk the ordered quantity of ATMdesk Keys and ATMdesk/Plus Adapters, as well as a Username and Password to log into your account on www.atmdesk.com. Please check and should this not be the case, please contact support@atmdesk.com.

Download and Print ATMdesk/Plus Manuals

The current version of ATMdesk/Repair Installation & User Manuals are always available from our website www.atmdesk.com under Download (bottom of that page). Please download and print a copy of your personal ATMdesk/Repair Installation and User Manual for further reference. Note: the ATMdesk/Plus Manual refers in many cases to our ATMdesk/Repair and our main ATMdesk User Manual please download and print these manuals too.

Login & Download ATMdesk/Repair

The current version of ATMdesk/Repair Software is available from www.atmdesk.com after Login! Please log into your account with your Username and Password (please make sure to change the auto-generated password after first login to your private Password), go to Download and click on ATMdesk/Pepair x.x or zip-file to download ATMdesk/Repair software. Please make sure that your internet browser and your firewall/antivirus software allows the download.

Installation of ATMdesk/Repair on your PC

ATMdesk/Repair

Start (run) the downloaded self-installing ATMdesk/Repair x.x file to install ATMdesk/Repair soft- ware step by step as given on the screen on your Windows PC. For a detailed explanation please refer to the ATMdesk/Repair Installation Manual.

Connecting SDC, Serial & USB Devices

Please see next page for a Schematic Setup of ATMdesk Plus. On www.atmdesk.com you will find animated Schematics. Always POWER OFF prior to connecting and dis-connecting ATM Devices!

Providing Power for ATM Devices

The simplest, cheapest and best way to provide the correct power to ATM Devices is to take an old ATM Power Supply and the entire Cable Tree out of an old NCR ATM. Please see the next page for a Schematic Setup of ATMdesk/Repair. On www.atmdesk.com you will find animated Schematics. Note: Always POWER OFF prior to connecting and dis-connecting ATM Devices!
