Terms and Conditions (Festival Rules and Regulations)

1. The Festival is a rain or shine event. There is no rain date. Our festival stage will be covered in the event of inclement weather and vendors should supply their own umbrellas and/or tarps. North Jersey Pride will not be responsible for any loss or damage to merchandise or displays. The cost of each 10x10 space is $100.00 for merchandise vendors & $125.00 for food vendors. Vendor application and payment must be postmarked on or before May 20, 2013. Any application postmarked May 21st or later will be charged a $20 late fee. Vendors will be responsible for providing their own tents, tables, and chairs. This is a grass site. Rentals of tents, tables and chairs are available for a fee. Please see the application for rates. Vendors assume all financial responsibility for rentals and are responsible for returning all rentals in the same condition as they were received. This application for space, accompanied by full payment, constitutes a contract for the right to use exhibitor space for the one day Festival on June 9, 2013. The North Jersey Pride Committee reserves the right to make the final determination of all space assignments in the best interest of the Festival. Each exhibitor will receive a confirmation letter regarding their application acceptance. If you do not receive your confirmation by May 19, 2013, please contact the organizers directly by emailing info@northjerseypride.org. Exhibitors may begin installation immediately following registration check-in. Exhibitors cannot arrive before 10:00am and are STRONGLY encouraged to be completed with their setup by noon. The Festival concludes at 6:00pm on Sunday, June 9, 2013. All exhibitor business must be concluded at this time. Each exhibitor is required to clean their exhibitor space and leave the premises in the same condition as they found it.

The Town of Maplewood or North Jersey Pride Committee reserve the right to restrict exhibits that become objectionable for any reason, but not limited to noise, method of operation, or materials. 11. Food Vendors must meet all health and sanitary codes and be in compliance with all local, state, federal, rules and regulations in regards to food handling and serving. North Jersey Pride relinquishes all responsibilities and liabilities concerning food handling to the Vendor Owner. Food vendors based outside of Maplewood must contact Maplewood Township to apply for a one-day permit.
