Chairman of the Provincial Court (1 person). 8. Supreme Court (1 person) 9. Tax Department (1 person). You know the total amount of the taxes is 9.5(9500,000) millions Kyrgyz Soms = 211111 $. From 9.5 million soms, 2.8(2800,000) millions soms are the original taxes and 9.52.8=6.7(6700,000) millions are growing percentage +penalty. The 1st organized commission by The state office of Prosecutor for taxes Re-checking has removed 6700,000 kyrgyz soms(148888.89 $) as it includes the growing percentage + penalty. The 2nd organized commission by state office of Prosecutor for tax Re-checking, has removed further 800,000 Kyrgyz soms(17777.778 $). The State office of the Prosecutor is not agree for further concession. It means that we have to must pay 2 million Kyrgyz soms (44444.444 $) for taxes. After paying 2 million soms for taxes, the court will be agree to decide for release nemoel and assad, only with the endorsement of other all 9 related departments. All these 9 related departments demand 2 millions Kyrgyz soms more to be agreed with the court decision (today this was the decision of the commission of 9 departments). Otherwise if any department will oppose, then the court will give order to arrest again to nemoel and Assad. (You know well that Regional court already has refused to take from Nemoel advocate 3000 $, Provincial Court 9000 $, and Supreme Court 20,000 $ to release nemoel and 2 weeks ago, when the Prosecutor of Chui region agreed with us and he submitted documents in the court to decide within 1 and half million soms, the Main Department of SNB removed him from the post.
