This source is a primary source in which the author explains new pat down procedure from his point of view. This article is very opinion based, but it definitely explains how pat downs are done, and how everything the TSA does is to create a safer country. This pertains to the topic because it allows readers to see the affect of the increased security measures on the American public. This allows the reader to understand further, that while the security may have been frustrating to some, there is still respect for the job it does.

In it he compares how his experience with airport security has changed since 9/11. He writes about how before 9/11 a person could walk through security and in to the airplane terminal in at least 10 minutes. He then goes onto describe the reason for the security in place today and how it is making the nation better. This source is relevant to the topic because it allows one to gain insight into how someone else view s the security changes, therefore giving more background knowledge to base the information off of.

This source is a primary source written by the Transportation Security Administration themselves. In the source they tell the American public about the purpose for their creation and how they were made to directly combat terrorists and other serious threats to the U.S. This allows readers to understand what the TSA's job is and what they are designed to do, therefore allowing them to understand that the security is in their best interest. This source relates to the topic because it directly allows one to pull and use information on the new security from the people who enforce the new security.

This source is a secondary source providing information from Congress about the changes to security they made after 9/11. This topic. This allowed for an easier look into the affects of 9/11 and the changes that occurred without having to read hundreds of opinions that were not based in fact. After this article is read one has a more complete view of what happened on 9/11, and how quickly the government worked to fix the damage.

This source displays the percentage of people who agree with TSA body scans in airports, who don't agree, and who don't care. This poll allows a person to view the affects airport security is having on the public. This relates to the topic because this source allows the reader to see that while many don't agree, even more people are willing to put up with increased security for the sake of making the nation safer.
