Prepare for installation

Power cables

Serial cable

You need to provide:

Rack space
The FAS32xx system requires 3U or 6U of rack space as well as power and network connectivity

Screwdriver
For securing hardware into your racks

Additional network cables


For connecting your storage to your network switches.

Serial console connection


Connection to D89 serial console port or USB-to-D89 converter to laptop
