PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that at the hearing held on March 6, 2013, the bankruptcy Court fixed Friday, April 5, 2013 as the last date for filing and serving objections, if any, to the amended Disclosure Statement. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that Thursday, April 18, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. C.D.T. is fixed as the date and time for the continued hearing to consider the approval of the amended Disclosure Statement and that said hearing will be held at the Bankruptcy Court, 500 Poydras Street, Courtroom B-709, New Orleans, Louisiana 70130. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that pursuant to the Order of the Bankruptcy Court dated February 6, 2013: A.
