Michael Zurich, the famous restaurant entrepreneur from the United States held a working visit to Indonesia. He met a local businessman named Gilang Ramadhan in Indonesia Hotel at 10:00 to discuss the next steps in the Indonesian food industry. Gilang Michael Gilang Michael : Hello, Mr. Michael. Please sit down. : Hello, Mr.Gilang. Thank you. : how do you travel to Indonesia? Is it fun? : yes, very nice. Indonesia is very beautiful, Iwould love to visit some places in Indonesia. Can you accompany me? Gilang : yes, with pleasure I will accompany you, sir. I want to ask you, whether Indonesia has good prospects for the food industry? Michael Gilang : I think Indonesia has a enough good prospect, just stay innovate alone. : your company is so advanced, even spread throughout the world. Does your tips in the works? Michael : I just work diligently while continuing to innovate, create something different from the others so that people are not bored to eat. I also did not expect the results of my hard work will be fruitful in the sweet and known the world. Gilang : so do you work hard and innovate enough? What about capital, sir? In Indonesia everything have to think about, especially money, if minimal capital then the

Gilang Michael : any job security for your employees, sir? : yes, basic salary along with allowances same as in the other countries. : in Indonesia, the standards minimum salary of employees different each province. As in Jakarta around 2.2 million, while in West Java 2.4 million. What about the standard minimum salary of employees in the U.S.?

Michael

: there was no difference in the standard minimum salary of employees in America because everything is taken care of by the government, we just stay go along with it.

Gilang

: I think it's fair for their hard work. Does not taste good if we work, but salary of that we receive do not match.

Gilang

Michael : it is surely everyone wanted. In my company at least 40 people each month having a promotion increase each year position and certainly there is salary of increase for all employees. Gilang : how lucky they are to have a boss like you, sir. You are very concerned about the welfare of your the employees. Michael : we as entrepreneurs do have to attention to employees, if not we are watching. Who else? But being a boss is not an easy matter. Gilang : is not as easy as visible, sir. We also sometimes have to make decisions like the crisis that hit the company had to lay off employees. The next steps to be taken in order not to ratcheted from a rival company. Michael : your absolutely right. Our life is not easy, we are in control of the survival of the employees. Every decision we make certainly affect the the employees.

Gilang
