Important instructions to the Candidate

1. The examination will be conducted online. Candidate must enter Seat No. and Password, to enter the On-Line exam site. Please ensure that the name and other details which will subsequently appear on the screen are correct. 2. The candidate will not be admitted to examination hall without this Hall Ticket and Photo Identity Proof (Voter Identity Card/ Passport/PAN Card/Driving License/Student Identity Card/Adhar Card etc. in Original). 3. This Hall Ticket will be considered valid only for MCA Common Entrance Test. Does not give the guarantee of the admission to the candidate. 4. Please ensure that photograph, signature and other details are printed properly and correctly on the Hall Ticket. 5. The candidate should report at the common Entrance Test venue 30 minutes before the scheduled time. 6. The candidate will not be allowed to enter the examination hall after the commencement of Exam under any circumstances. 7. Your responses (answers) will be analysed with other candidates to detect patterns of similarity of right and wrong answers. If in the analytical procedure adopted in this regard, it is inferred/concluded that the responses have been shared and scores obtained are not genuine/valid, your candidature may be cancelled and/or the result withheld. 8. Do not bring any papers(other than Hall Ticket), Cellular Phone, Calculators, watch-calculators, alarm clocks, digital watches with built-in calculators/memory, scanner devices, Bluetooth enabled devices etc. In the examination hall. 9. The candidate will take the signature of invigilator at space provided on Hall Ticket without fail. 10. Do not dispose this Hall Ticket after Common Entrance Test. The candidate is required to submit this Hall Ticket at the time of verification of documents and confirmation of Application form for Admission at ARC, Reporting at the admitted institute. 11. Do not occupy a seat which has different Roll No. pasted on it, even if that seat is unoccupied. 12. Do not seek clarification on any item in the online question paper from the invigilator, supervisor or other candidates. Use your best judgement. 13. If the candidate is found using unfair means (by the invigilator), his/her candidature will be annulled without any prior intimation. 14. The candidate should follow the CAP procedure as per schedule and hence the candidate is advised to read the overview of CAP procedure and schedule carefully.
