Past Experience
RF Engineer At Myson Engineering Systems 25th September 2012-1st March 2013
As a RF DT Engineer on the Alcatel Lucent project the dedicated tasks performed by me included: o Cluster DT monitoring handover failures, call drops, bad quality patches etc. o PAT DT of the newly commission sites and raising the issues faced during the drive to the concerned department. o Going for customer complains verifying the issues faced by customer, analyzing the issue and raising the issue to the BO engineer for further verification. o Post and Pre processing of the drives taken highlighting the issues present and to give the best possible solution for resolving the problem. o Implementing the redesign cases by giving instructions to the rigger for any changes to be implemented on the troubled site and afterwards performing drive to check if the problem is resolved. Other than these tasks their used to day to day tasks of the issues faced and the problems encountered or if any site used to checked like for sector swap, coverage issues or interference issues etc .

Trainee Engineer At Al-Futtaim Technologies 20th June 2012- 25th September 2012

As a trainee engineer in the technical department office under the supervision of senior system engineers the assigned tasks were: o Installation of OXE/OXO at a new site. o Up gradation and maintenance of the installed as per customer demand. o Guiding the customer in accessing the equipment if they ever needed to make changes. o Going for customer complaints. Before being eligible to all of these I attended a local training of two weeks (1 july-15 july) in the Islamabad office so as to get used to the equipment.

Internee at Interactive Solutions 20th Dec 2010 -20th Jan 2011

Used to be an intern in the department of Satellite Communication .The company used to provide satellite services to the to the customers like satellite tracking, communication etc. During my tenure in the company I learned about the satellite communication and the system installed by them to control the sector which they were using of the satellite (pak sat).

Internee at Alcatel Lucent(CMPAK project) 1st June 2011 - 31st July 2011
As an internee in the Optimization and planning department, the task which were undertaken are: o Drive test o Walk test o Monitoring the fundamental KPIS o Gathering the information of the GSM and GPRS stats for every day. The foremost assignment on my hands was to carry out drive test and walk test and then analyze the results obtained and hand it over to the supervisor for further analysis. My second task was to download the stats for the GSM and GPRS of every BSC and then make the log files to monitor the KPIS analyze the problem faced for the previous day and such problems dont arise in the future. During the internship i was the part of the migration team when the system for the operator zong was upgraded to the next level (B10 B11).During my internship I also mastered the software analyzer used by alcatel lucent to control and analyze the important features of the installed system.
