Paradigm opens commercial division
OKLAHOMA CITY - Paradigm AdvantEdge Real Estate, 16301 N. May Ave. in Oklahoma City, has opened a commercial real estate division. Ken Lawton has been appointed to head the department. "Although our company has primarily handled residential real estate transactions, we have always had some associates with the background and expertise to handle some commercial business for our company," said Charlene Wilson, co owner. "We think that there are many opportunities in the commercial market and the time is right, under Ken's leadership, to develop our exposure in the commercial market." The Integris Foundation will present the Philanthropist of the Year award to Gene and Jo Downing of Oklahoma City during its fundraising gala on Friday at the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Center. Gene Downing has served on the Integris Southwest board since 2001. Jo Downing has served on the Integris Foundation board since 2009.
