Attitude: Evaluative statement or judgment concerning object, people or events. Advertisement: Advertising is a form of communication intended to persuade an audience (viewers, readers or listeners) to take some action. Authorities: the power or right to give orders or make decisions; "he has the authority to issue warrants"; "deputies are given authorization to make arrests" Ability: Capability to perform any job. Job performance: Job performance is a commonly used in the branch of psychology that deals with the workplace. It most commonly refers to whether a person performs their job well. Knowledge: Knowledge is the information gathering, learning and collected information from natural environment. Local Government: Local Government is a political institution made by the statute of government for ensuring development or welfare of local level citizen. Norms: A standard or model or pattern regarded as typical set by the society. NGOs: Non Government Organization. Organization: The way in which something is organized A group of people or other legal entities with an explicit purpose and written rules; A group of people consciously cooperating. Opportunities: A possibility due to a favorable combination of circumstances; such as chance for advancement, progress or profit; a favorable circumstance or occasion. Procedure: A procedure is a specified series of actions or operations which have to be executed in the same manner in order to always obtain the same result under the same circumstances Provision: A provision is a clause in a legal instrument. Personality: the sum total of ways in which a individuals reacts and interacts with others. Primary data: New data gathered to help solve the problem at hand and information that has to be collected through field surveys to fill data gaps.

Probationary period: A period during which a new employee is tried for capability of doing his or her job. Promotion: Advancement to position of increased possibility. Professional Organization: an organization of and for professional people Physical test: Physical test means the some physical examination like clear vision, perfect hearing, unusual stamina, tolerance of hard working conditions, clear tone, etc. Recruitment Process: A series of steps to recruit the employees in an organization for filling the vacant position. Rural Development: The Rural Development encompasses the whole ranges of technical, economic, political and social changes related to private and government efforts to increase well beings rural citizens. Research: Attempt to find out in a systematically and scientific manner and systematic investigation to establish facts. Selection Process: A series of steps to screen the qualified candidate for the vacant position. Secondary Data: Information that has already been assembled, having been collected for some other purpose Supervisor: One who supervises or has charge and direction of official task of overseeing the work of a person or group. Skill: Capability to perform any job efficiently and effectively. Strength: Strength is the parameter determining the ability of the explosive to move the surrounding material. Training: the process of teaching new employees the basic skills that needs to perform their jobs. Turnover: The voluntary and involuntary permanent withdrawal from an organization. Threats: Possibility that vulnerability may be exploited to cause harm to a system, environment, or personnel. Weakness: A penchant for something even though it might not be good for you. Work Environment: A work environment can be identified as the place that one works. i.e.-in an office building in a cube, at home at the kitchen table, from a car or truck, at a construction site. All are work environments.
