Unit 1: Developing Strategic Management And Leadership Skills Task one:

Using examples, explain the link between strategic management and leadership. Discuss the link between functions, with emphasis on meeting strategic objectives. Answer one: The strategic management is actually one of having various qualities of leaderships where by a leader improves and increased work performance in a better way in order to get the good result by give vision or goals to an organization. In other words the leader in organization or in group or in team that take all his employees to clear mission so that they can achieve their goals or target. So according to my own point of view that leaderships relates to direction and vision towards an organization while the management is a system that follow and obey what their leaderships have decided as strategy. So the leaderships is style that gives a road map to find the new of doing things to a business or team. As I know that both tools management and leadership are two main part of any organization. In every kind of organization if these both work effectively then team or organization has maximum chance to meet their objectives successfully..So the management is more formal and scientific than leadership. The management relies on universal skills such as planning which how to run that organization, what kind of change to make in market place. Budgeting, controlling. Management is a set of clear tool and technique which apply on organization success overall. And all these such technique are used in varity of situation. As I mentioned before that leaderships clearly required the full cooperation and teamwork of large network of people. For example in football team the management control hole system such as selection of players etc while the leader or captan leads and influence players that how to beat other team and win match by playing and helping each team member. So the management is respobislbe to check nd monitor the over all system of any organization while the leaders only boots their capabilities by applying different technique to motivate their their intiond in order to get the success in specific project .Management involves getting things done by other people and leaderships keep more emphasis on helping other to thing that know and to be done to achieve common achieve. So the management develop strategic rules and responsibilities to carry out various activities, hence the leaderships is part of management. In short words the management is more about the taking care of day to day activities that effect growth the overall organization system or structure. While leaderships is about the influence the people to take people towards the specific mission. The management is always try to keep their organization to work in better way by using the different strategic technique, while the leaderships of that business/organization influence people to meet their result which has consider to achieve .
