MINUTES OF MEETING:

1. Windows sill shall have basyada of 10mm drop, and 38mm from the interior face of the wall. 2. Pre- fabricated pull-up stair will be used to access the storage at staircase. This will be part of phase 2 contract, however opening of 600x1200 will be provided already. 3. Concrete ledges shall be 600mm wide, 150mm thick.

4. For phase 1 construction, interior ceiling and floor finishes are not included. 5. All T&B shall have a 50mm step down. 6. Wall plastering is up to the underside of the slab/beam. Smooth finish can be up to 2900 above floor. 7. Roof sheeting shall be rib type gauge 0.60mm. chocolate brown color. (ref. Puyat Steel) 8. Stair roof shall be pre-fabricated roof. 9. Ground floor line shall be 600mm from the datum point as shown on plans. 10.Kitchen, island and all T&B counters are not included in the phase 1 construction. 11.Interior plastering in all T&B is not included. 12.Stone cladding is part of the phase 2 construction. 13.There is no fence at the front and right side of the house. 14.No cistern tank. Provision for above the ground stainless steel water tank for future connection, located at the left side of the house shall be included in the phase 1 scope. 15.Adapt roof framing members from the previous plan. 16.Fence shall be 2.0 meters from the top of sidewalk. Add few layers to existing fence at the back, provide beams and columns. 17.New fence to be built at the left side. 18.Supersede fence footing at the front and right side of the house shown in the bid plans. 19.Downspout at the rear side will be drained directly to the creek. 20.Submission of sealed bids will be on Sept. 3, 2012, not later than 5 PM at Rublou junction office.
