    You must submit the following list of documents to the Admission Office before your application can be approved.

    Document # of copies CNIC 1 Photographs 4 Matric / O Level Certificate 1 Matric / O Level Marksheet 1 Intermediate / A Level Certificate / Equivalent 1 Intermediate / A Level Marksheet / Equivalent 1 Graduation Degree 1 Graduation Marksheet 1 Passport Copy (if foreign national) 1 Statement of Entry / Admit Card (for candidates awaiting result) 1 Masters Degree (if applicable) 1 Masters Transcripts (if applicable) 1 Application Processing Fee Rs. 1,500/- or $ 45/- Cash or Pay Order / Demand Draft / Bank Draft in favor of 'SZABIST Karachi Campus', drawn at any scheduled bank of Pakistan. CBM: I solemnly declare that the information given is correct. * I agree that my selection will be provisional, subject to satisfactory verification of my credentials. * If at any time (during or after my graduation) my academic credentials are found to be false, forged or tampered with, my registration will be cancelled and any degree / certificate awarded by the Institute of Business Management, would be cancelled and considered null and void. * I accept that I will not be eligible for admission to Bachelor's or Master's Program if a) I have a supplementary in any qualifying examination. b) Less than 50% marks or 2.5 CGPA in SSC, HSC or High School Diploma or Bachelors. c) Less than 5 Cs in O levels and 2Cs excluding Urdu and General Paper in A levels. Incomplete Application Form will not be considered. Application Fee is Non-Refundable. Once the record is submitted it will not be modified, so please be sure that the data is correct before submitting the form. On your visit to the CBM campus, please complete the following formalities: * Pay Rs. 2000 at cash counter and collect receipts. * Submit your academic and other relevant documents to the Admissions counter for verification and collect your Admit Card for the Aptitute Test between 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Sunday Open). * Collect your Admission kit consisting of IoBM catalog and sample test paper. Documents Required * Photocopy of Matriculation Certificate & mark sheet OR O-Level Certificate. * Photocopy of Intermediate Certificate & mark sheet OR- A-level Certificate OR High School Diploma/ Admit Card for those awaiting results. * Photocopy of Bachelor's Degree and mark sheet/ Admit Card for those awaiting results. * Photocopy of Master's degree and mark sheet/ transcript. * Photocopy of National Identity Card. * Copy of Employment certificate(s) for MBA (Executive) candidates only. * Payment receipt. * 3 recent passport size photographs. Copies of documents must be attached starting with the last qualification.
