Example of statement on positive determination on the review: The EIARC recommends the issuance of an ECC, subject to the recommendations listed in Section VII below. Example of additional recommendation: Moreover, the EIA Review Committee also recommends that once an ECC is decided upon and is eventually issued, the EMB EIA Division briefs the proponent not only of the regulatory or must conditionalities of the ECC but to also impress upon the Proponent the advantages and soundness of the EIARC recommendations arising out of the review process.
