Conclusion
Based on the comparative study we have
concluded that the colour advertisement of
‘Yahoo! India’ was not formally structured i.e.
the job description, salary structure was not
mentioned on clear terms and the font was also
very small yet it is more attractive and appealing
due to the picture and catchy headline of the
advertisement.

The black & white advertisement of ‘Hindustan

petroleum corporation limited’ in comparison
with the colour ad is less attractive yet the
structure of the ad is well constructed i.e. the job
description and designation details were clearly
stated.

The analysis states that, though the colour ad is

not structured well in terms of job details but it
is more attractive because of its picturisation,
tagline and location i.e. front page
The black & white advertisement is well
structured in terms of job description and
designation but comparatively it is not attractive
because it is black & white and placed on 4th
page.
