Affairs, this permit replaces the two permits
sent with Notification to the Parties
No. 1999/37 of 30/04/1999. The original is
printed in black on white paper with three
carbonless copies. The logo in box 6 is in
colour. There is a diagonal yellow stripe on the
first page of the permit, and blue, green and
red stripes, respectively, on the following
pages.

Issued by the Ministry of Environment, General
Directorate of Environment Protection. The
original is printed in black on white paper with
