Dedication
THIS BOOK IS dedicated to the glory of God. It is especially dedicated to my lovely wife, Oluwaseyi and my precious children, Covenant, Joanna-Grace, Praise and David. You all mean so much to me.
Acknowledgement
THE WONDERFUL AND impactful book you have in your hand is the product of the sacrificial input of several beloved people of God. It is a work of devotion and friendship. They really worked to see that this book will get to you to bless you. They are too numerous to mention by name, but I must acknowledge some here.
I hereby register my sincere and deep appreciation of, and gratitude to, these brethren who have been instrumental to the production of this work: Temitope Ande and Oluwakemi Ojo who transcribed part of this material, Mrs. Nike Arotile editor of the manuscript at the first stage of this work, Funke Taiwo laboured to typeset the original script. Pastor Kehinde Dada gave a due consideration to take up the design and printing of the first print and to all friends and partners who believe in me and in what God is doing in and through my life. Those who pray and support what God is doing, I really love you all. Special thanks to Bishop David Bakare who made me see courage as a vital key to build anything in life. To Bishop Mike Bamidele, my father in the Lord and mentor who made known to me that my God-given visions are possible and achievable. To everyone who has contributed into my life through my relationship with them and to my sweetheart, Oluwaseyi, who is really a gift from God in my life. God bless you all. Together we shall advance and get to our glorious destiny in Christ. You are entering into a better phase of your lives. You will grow greater in Jesus’ mighty name.

Foreword
LIFE WITHOUT PROGRESS is very frustrating. When several efforts are made and there is no effect, it can be disheartening. When input does not yield any impact depression may set in. However, in this book you have all it takes to kick off again and move forward towards the God ordained goals of your life. By the Spirit of God you will see that you cannot settle for anything less than progress. If you are the complacent type this book will wake you up from your slumber and challenge you to make progress. If you are facing challenges, this book shows you the covenant provisions that will move you above the challenges. The chapter on Divine Direction shows clearly the need to identify your goal so that you do not run in vain. The book closes with practical prayer steps and anointed prophetic words that are sure to move you forward. With great simplicity and depth the author has put down what will make every believer and the Body of Christ make covenant progress. You can’t just remain the same again after reading Covenant of Progress.

Chapter One
Guaranteed for Progress
ALL IT TAKES for you to move forward in life have been provided. The stage is set for your progress. It is in God’s determining counsel for you to advance. Progress is part of the redemption package we have the moment we give our lives to Jesus and in becoming the children of God. Just the way we have access to salvation, healing, deliverance and forgiveness of sin in the redemption work of Jesus Christ so also the covenant progress have been included. One thing we need to know is that we are saved to advance, we are guaranteed for advancement. You do not have to struggle to move but as a matter of fact it is a covenant blessing for you to advance in life. Progress means change in a positive manner. It means moving forward in the right direction because it is the will of God for us. God created us for motion.
We are made to move. God did not create us to be stagnant. He did not make us to be like a statue and that is why He breathed the breath of life into man and man became a living soul.
And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
Gen. 2:7.
We carry the life of God; Progress is in the nature of God. He does His works in a progressive manner. His mercies are new every morning. Lamentation 3:22-23. He changes us from one glory to another glory by His Spirit 2 Cor. 3:18. He is a God of new things Isaiah 43:18-19. God is progressive. He is the everlasting God that can never be outdated. He is the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last. Whoever walks with Him never remained the same. When He created the heaven and the earth in Genesis chapter one, it was done in a progressive way. The Bible says:
And the earth was without form, and void: and darkness was upon the face of the deep…
Gen. 1:2.
But when the Spirit of God moved upon the earth and the waters, and the Word of God was at work thus the testimony changed. Everything began to take shape because the God of progress was involved. See what happened at the end of God’s work.
And God saw everything that He had made, and behold, it was very good
Gen. 1:31.
I want you to know that God has not change. He said
"For I am the Lord I change not…." Malachi 3:6. He is still working in the same way, even in the lives of men. Your progress is sure. For in God we live, we move and have our being. Act 17:28. You can’t live in Him and be stagnant or slowed down in life. We need this understanding to walk in the provision that God has made for our forward and upward movement in life. If as ordinary living things we are made to move. If what proves that any man is living is that his body still moves. Your moving forward in life is not debatable when you live your life in God. You need to create a consciousness for advancement within of your heart. Know that everything you do must move forward, everyday of your life there will always be a remarkable change for the better.
Every year should witness a glorious change. I see God making your progress continuous from now in Jesus name. Everyone who sees you will see that you are moving forward. Everyone who knows you will know that you are moving forward.
