I play tennis. He works in an office. l trabaja en una oficina. They travel to Madrid.
He eats vegetables. l come vegetales. Alice dances at the theatre. Alice baila en el teatro. The dog breaks the fence. Aqu vemos algunos ejemplos:
Si el verbo es FISH (pescar), se conjugar: He fishes at the sea. l pesca en el mar. Si el verbo es KISS (besar), se conjugar: She kisses to her boyfriend. Ella besa a su novio. Si el verbo es WATCH (observar), se conjugar: He watches the mountain. l observa la montaa. Si el verbo es FIX (arreglar), se conjugar: He fixes his car. l arregla su coche. Si el verbo es GO (ir), se conjugar: She goes to the office. I dont play tennis. Yo no juego al tenis. He doesnt work in an office. l no trabaja en una oficina. They dont travel to Madrid.
Ill play tennis. We will paint the house. Well paint the house. She will not buy a house. She wont buy a house. They will not go to the party. They wont go to the party.
She will be working at the office this afternoon. They will be travelling to London. Ellos estarn viajando a Londres. Para construir su forma afirmativa se utiliza el futuro simple del verbo auxiliar TO BE y el verbo principal con la terminacin ING: I will be working You will be working He will be working She will be working It will be working We will be working You will be working They will be working Yo estar trabajando T estars trabajando l estar trabajando Ella estar trabajando l/ella estar trabajando Nosotros estaremos trabajando Ustedes estarn trabajando Ellos estarn trabajando
(En este caso utilizamos el verbo TO WORK (trabajar) a modo de ejemplo) La forma interrogativa se construye anteponiendo el auxiliar WILL al pronombre seguido del verbo TO BE en su forma infinitiva y el verbo principal con la terminacin ING: Will I be working? Will you be working? Will he be working? Will she be working? Will it be working? Will we be working? Will you be working? Estar trabajando? Estars trabajando? Estar trabajando? Estar trabajando? Estar trabajando? Estaremos trabajando? Estarn trabajando?
Estarn trabajando?
La forma negativa se consigue colocando la negacin NOT entre el auxiliar WILL y el verbo TO BE, seguido del verbo principal con la terminacin ING: I will not be working You will not be working He will not be working She will not be working It will not be working We will not be working You will not be working They will not be working No estar trabajando No estars trabajando No estar trabajando No estar trabajando No estar trabajando No estaremos trabajando No estarn trabajando No estarn trabajando
Aqu vemos algunos ejemplos: Susan will be cooking tonight. Susan estar cocinando esta noche. Will Susan be cooking tonight? Estar Susan cocinando esta noche? Susan will not be cooking tonight. Susan no estar cocinando esta noche. We will be visiting our friends this afternoon. Nosotros estaremos visitando a nuestros amigos esta tarde. Will we be visiting our friends this afternoon? Estaremos nosotros visitando a nuestros amigos esta tarde? We will not be visiting our friends this afternoon. Yo he enviado la carta. (Indica que la accin acaba de suceder) Para poder construir la forma afirmativa del Presente Perfecto debemos utilizar como auxiliar el verbo TO HAVE en Presente Simple y acompaado por el verbo principal en su Pasado Participio (ya sean verbos regulares o verbos irregulares): I have bought a new dress Yo he comprado un nuevo vestido. the T has estudiado la leccin. l ha roto la ventana. Ella ha perdido las llaves.
You have studied lesson. He has broken the window. She has lost the keys.
He comprado un nuevo vestido? Have you studied the lesson? Has estudiado la leccin? Has he broken the window? Ha roto l la ventana? Has she lost the keys? Ha perdido ella las llaves?
Por su parte, la forma negativa se forma poniendo la negacin NOTentre el auxiliar y el verbo principal, por ejemplo: I have not bought a new dress. You have not studied the lesson. He has not broken the window. She has not lost the keys. Yo no he comprado un nuevo vestido.
I had bought a new car. You had cleaned the house. He had brought the gifts. She had lost the credit card.
I bought a new car? Had you cleaned the house? Had he brought the gifts? Had she lost the credit card?
I had not bought a new dress. You had not cleaned the house. He had not brought the gifts. She had not lost the credit card.
We will have travelled to London by this evening. They will have visited the museum by the time they get home. Para interrogar, deberemos comenzar con WILL seguido por el sujeto, la forma infinitiva del verbo TO HAVE y luego el verbo principal enPasado Participio como vemos a continuacin: Will she have prepared the dinner by 9 oclock? Will he have cleaned his desk before he leaves the office? Will we have travelled to London by this evening? Will they have visited the museum by the time they get home? La forma negativa se construye colocando la negacin NOT entre el auxiliar WILL y el verbo auxiliar TO HAVE, por ejemplo: By 9 oclock she wiIl not have prepared the dinner. Before he leaves the office, he will not have cleaned his desk. We will not have travelled to London by this evening. They will not have visited the museum by the time they get home. I have sold my car. Yo he vendido mi auto. (Presente Perfecto)I sold my car this morning. Yo vend mi auto esta maana. Sintaxis Afirmativos: Se usa should + el infinitivo sin to Se usa should con todas las personas sin cambiar su forma I/You/he/she/it/ we/they + should + infinitivo sin to Ejemplos: He should work harder. Better vs Best: better is for a comparison between two items, most is for more than two. i.e. Between Macs and PCs, PCs are the better and between American Eagle, Abercrombie and Fitch, and Aeropostale, American Eagle is the best.
I have nothing. = No tengo nada. I don't have anything. = No tengo nada. I don't have nothing.
They're going to watch a film. I'm going to pass this exam if it's the last thing I do. "I'm passing this exam..."
