Remembering how awesome the good ones were I was eager to try something new. It just so happened that the day before christmas eve me, my sister, my boyfriend and two friends were planning a night in st augustine. Anyone that lives in florida or has visited knows that the night of lights in st aug is an amaxing visual experience even sober. So much going on in one small town. It also just so happened that we were passing my dealers house on the way so we convinced ourselves to stop and pick up some 2's. Only my boyfriend had done them before but everyone was stoked so everyone but the driver popped them right away. It took about an hour to start kicking in and 20-30 minutes after that I hit my peak, at the same time we parked the car. Walking was quite difficult at first, I wanted to look at every little thing and couldnt focus on what was in front of me. Everything was fucking hilarious and I felt like I was looking through a kaleidoscope. The christmas lights looked like beams of energy that transformed into daddy longleg-esque spiders and came out at me. we walked past a lady dressed in a bohemian outfit dancing to some crazy music, the music brought on an eerie feeling to all of us except for my friend sara who tried to stop and dance with her only to get dragged

away by me. We reached the "haunted" fort and walked around the perimeter until we found a place to sit. The big towering walls of the fort, normally just gray/brown stone were glowing green, breathing and oozing. we all thought about how there was once a war there and the ground we were sitting on was once blood soaked. For most of us this idea brought awe but my sister started crying. Sara and I agreed that we could see faces forming into the walls and it was creepy as shit but awesome. My sister wanted to walk more so I reluctantly left the fort, we walked over to ripleys believe it or not which was only 100 feet away but felt like 3 miles. For some reason I thought we were at a best western and kept trying to convince my friend to get us a room. Everyone was confused and I realized I was tripping balls hard at that point. Again, we wanted to walk somewhere and ended up running out of water, so kurtis whom was under the age of 21 decided itd be a good idea to walk up to a bar and ask them if he could fill up his waterbottle. My boyfriend freaked the fuck out thinking wed get arrested. I was still seeing crazy visuals and feeling everything I possibly could. My body felt tingly and numb until something brushed against it and I felt electric vibrations run through me. At this point we were all completley fucked up and it took us an hour to find the car, where we sat and periodically went to piss in the yard of a church at 2am...i know, terrible. We then came to realize it was 3am and we needed to get back to daytona so I could sleep knowing I had to work in the morning. An off duty cop car was parked behind us and we were convinced he was in the car and that wed get pulled over the minute we started the car. We sketched out, started the car and pulled away as slow as possible only to find out we were parked Infront of the cops house whom was likley sleeping. We headed back home feeling like idiots. I slept for 1 and a half hours and went to work still coming down.. Crazy night, all in all one of my favorite trips/happiest drug ive taken.
