Most of the interviewees already know the existence of the ordinance and how it works because it is already implemented on nearby districts. Some of the interviewees argued about the implementations of the ordinance because of the inconvenience it may cause. Some of the interviewees said that the use of plastic was caused by the vendors who always use plastic Some interviewees show less interest about the ordinance we presented to them. A household member commented that instead of prohibition of the use of some plastic materials, self discipline should be practice. Some household members complained that alternatives for plastics will be costly for them. Some interviewees were not cooperative because they refused to sign the papers issued by municipal. Some household remains unattended due to their jobs.

They also have prior knowledge with regards to the ordinance. Purok 1 3 Some of the interviewed persons suggested ways on improving the implementation of the ordinance. Purok 1 4 Some of the interviewees refused to put their signature. Purok 1 4 Some of the household members discussed and complained some issues not related to the ordinance.
