EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Survey and interviews from the Human resource department and Sales department prove that Forever Delicious products are becoming popular in the local market. Therefore, in order to make the product popular globally, we need to sponsor the reality show on the television to increase the customer trust to our product in the global market. The recommended cost for the sponsorship for the reality show on the television will cost about RM15000 and could improve the customer trust and help to promote our product in the global market.

INTRODUCTION Background According to sales department for the last six months, there are significant increments in sales which are from 5% to 15%. Our survey from public relation also informed among 50 housewives: -30 people choose our products in their recipe -20 people choose other products in their recipe Therefore, this survey had shown that our products are becoming popular in the local market. So, in order to maintain a good image to the customer, the company needs to find some proactive step to capture the heart of the customer globally. Consequently, the company profit will increase as more people use the products. Data sources The data used to create this proposal came from our Human resource Department through interview, survey online and others that been done about previous two month from the data of the proposal.

Problem The introduction of Forever Delicious product to the customer is very crucial. The customer in the global market will not know our product unless the company does some effective promotion as our product has to compete with the other giant company that has leaved some brand or memory to the customer. Therefore, if our company does not maintain a good image and brand, how can the customer continue to use our product? Hence, we are in the risk of losing customer and client trust.

Solution The solution to the way to promote the product more effective can be solved if our company sponsors a reality show on television such as cooking competition. In the reality show, they will use our products as the ingredient in their recipe. So, the product can be introduced indirectly as the participants use them and watched by the thousands of viewer through the television. So, it will give a good impression for the audience and cause curiosity to try the product.

Objective The purpose of this proposal is to suggest the company to sponsor a reality show on television to introduce the product in the global market so that our product can be known not only in the local market but also in the global market.

Assessment of cost The cost to sponsor the reality show according to the television station will cost about RM15, 000.the following detail of cost are as follows: The sponsorship-Rm10,000 The product used-RM 5000

In addition the cost is quite very expensive but the profit will be higher as the product could increase drastically. Therefore, the company could gain some loss if not using this facility to promote using television as other company is eager to do that. Therefore, the company could these opportunity to widen our product influence to the global market. Conclusion If our product image is not maintained quickly, it could affect the company image and customer trust and future problem are likely to occur. This proposal is suggestive as preventive measure to ensure the company brand stays stable in the local and global market. We recommended that RM 15000 be allocated in this proposal budget to sponsor the reality show on television.
