Bill what do you mean beforehand? Do you mean 241kids or cps has to be involved? That was not the case for a few people that I've spoken with, many as a matter of fact! No matter how many times they run that commercial now!!! I spoke to someone who had the same thing happen when she refused treatment for her child for an issue. They took her child, they took her child because they did not agree and there was no television coverage that I recall, no video to speak of! Nothing she did changed any of it, she did not receive her child back. She did not receive her child back!!! What kind of world is this? What kind of people are these? These families were all mold patients because that is how we met. It has taken me all day to come back and respond to this post. Truth is I had to walk away because I was so angry reading this that I lost my mind! It was too much for me because of brain fog and because I didnt want to relive this horrible experience, and I didnt want to say the wrong thing. I read it again and c ried and cried, I wept for these parents, and all the other parents who did no harm! Thinking to myself this could not possibly be a coincidence because it is not and with all due respect to everyone, I already knew that! It was planned, it was a setup, it was like the best play acting Id seen. THIS was my experience exactly, fraud on the court by a third party. It took all day to respond because what has happened is wrong on so many levels and I saw it sitting there in those hallways, I saw it plain and clear. They tore apart a family, and in our case, they used a psychiatrist to TRAIN our daughter, yes coercion, to get her to turn against us, and they used my family to do the same. They left all of us in a shambles, bitter, unable to pick up the pieces, choking on our own vomit. The process was smooth, systematic, like it had happened many times, and nobody blinked, like it was a game and not real peoples lives. Simply put, bait and switch, pretend that you are being helpful as an attorney, as a guardian, as a clerk, as a Judge, then work for the opposing side, the opposing team. Ive seen it before and even then couldnt believe it, didnt want to believe it! No real evidence against you, circumstantial, so they run you out of money, obtain their paid experts, obtain your discovery but dont provide any discovery in return. Now that theyve got your case in their hands from discovery, they then begin to pick off each of your witnesses, including physicians, threatening them all. They then threaten you with something they have found in your past while you sit around waiting on your court date trying to fight the good fight, thinking that the truth will prevail, and then the next court date, and then the next for that SPEEDY TRIAL you asked for. They then steal what evidence you have, then proceed to cover up and dismantle that evidence, tear up your reputation, tear your child apart making them say things that they dont mean or want to say, coercion, pit the parents against each other, divide and conquer, break into your computer and delete and rearrange files, threaten your finances, share bits and pieces about that closed, juvenile case, to others to finish you off. All the while, somehow submitting evidence against you on the record without your knowledge, without you ever seeing that evidence, even with an attorney. But when you ask how did they get that evidence, well they tell you they have their ways of admitting evidence and making it relevant, even if it is stolen and prejudiced the case! They then tell you that the court hearings that you thought were on video are in fact not on video so therefore you cannot obtain a copy for yourself, and that the evidence that you have left is not sufficient and will not be admitted. You somehow dont receive a fair trial since everyone that is in the room is working against you, even those who are unaware that they are working against you, are being used. You find that although you think nobody has an attorney, the Guardian is in fact an attorney and is supporting the Plaintiff, recommending various filings! You find that they have not conducted a real investigation. Misconduct resulted in an unfair trial which included lack of due process. Youre told that you cant ask witnesses relevant questions by all of the p aid pretenders, including the procecutor disguised as the guardian, and that the evidence wasnt handled properly on your side with respect to chain of custody. Your attorney doesnt object to the expert testimony, and seems to be doing everything possib le to throw you under the bus and provide the other side with private information. When things get tough they then threaten you with something they find in your history during all those months of searching to dismantle you so that you give up the fight. Of course, you didnt get that bit of information during the discovery process. Those symptoms that this poor family suffered from MOLD, all of those symptoms, are the same that all of us had when our child was placed with a third party and told to get a checkup to make sure she is fine! Arguing that the case had been tainted and prejudiced against us by the theft and fraud on the court did nothing, nothing! Neither parents were allowed to see our daughter, not one, supervised or not because it was never arranged until the end! Truth is we saw her twice, and each time she was a wreck, hands shaking, crying easily, bent over like she was 90 years old, teeth severely stained, a different person than the one we knew! They pretended to care on the record in court, but there was never a follow-up by the people that mattered for the record. Their only concern seemed to be that we were not seeing our daughter regularly, when in fact they were not allowing us to. The documentation from them was that we werent seeing her, and that she didnt want to see us when in fact she said otherwise. They could then say that we arent trying, that we dont care, and continue to prevent us from seeing her Truth is their psychiatrist was telling her that she shouldnt see us, that expert witness whom they had hired which to us was an obvious conflict of interest because even though we called her, she did not respond until forced to do so. We are still wondering who paid for her to come to court because the Plaintiff never did bring the money in. How can the court legally hire someone who has a conflict of interest, even though you have objected, to say things that were not true! She had NO IDEA who our daughter was, instead judging us to be ignorant, uninformed, parents. She attempted to tell us something that we knew to not be true about our child and when we wanted to produce tweets that were contrary to what they were saying, again, it was excluded. Then on record we made her say that our daughter was a mess from all of the chaos, taking her from her parents, moving to TWO different schools in another COUNTY away from her friends, having to go against her parents, not

from anything we had done. It was the worst experience of my life, of our lives because they really killed our spirits and dismantled any hope that we had in justice for all! How can you hire these pretenders, actors really, who you need to do your will, including your physicians by changing your medical records, insinuating that you didnt give your child the care that they needed because it didnt look exactly like they need for it to look, and call it fair, call it due process, call it justice??? Thirteen seemed to be their lucky number, it is my unlucky number too! It shows up in most of my bills, in faceboo k when I log on, in various things that come to my house, repeatedly!!! Then if they dont think 13 is working, they use my daughters birthday to put fear in you that youll lose her, the most recent number is 18! Or how about changing your banking pen that youve had since college, preventing you from obtaining medical care, and preventing the physicians that youve seen in the past from treating you, even deleting you from their records! How can you do that to me, to a child, and call yourself a Physician? What happened to first do no harm? Well in this case that was a sham too! My ex-husband spoke to someone who said he quit because they were making money off of the children, foster care, juvenile court, all of that and he couldnt stomach it anymore. Well, sitting there in those hallways, in those court rooms, it was all a joke. If youre going to convict someone without a trail before hand, you may as well skip the trial and go straight to the sentencing. That would save a lot of time, effort, money, and pain in the end. How can you win when the cards are so stacked against you? How can you pay the game, if the end has already been agreed to, decided upon? How can you speak about fair and balanced when some of us are starting back at the foul line, while others are already slam dunking on us? You are destroying good peoples lives, destroying them, leaving them for dead to pick up the crumbs you left for them while you go home to your children and pretend it was just another day!!! You leave them on the GUTTER floor sobbing for THEIR CHILDREN and those who survive are never the same, NEVER, EVER the same!!! I know a Social Worker who deals in this mess, she said most of the children eventually go to find their parents after they are old enough!!! Even in w ar no man is left behind, instead its one for all and all for one! I walked out of the court room knowing that I had left a lot of mothers and children behind, trying to hold onto their sanity while someone else gets paid. That thought alone is why I de cided I could not be silent! Those people that I spoke with in that court house are real, they remain in my head and in my heart, and we have to go back and get them, WE CAN NO LONGER REMAIN SILENT!!!
