Instruction for Manuscript Preparation

Typing Layout: The manuscript must be typed with Microsoft Word version 6.0 or later in double columns on A4 paper size. Left, right, up and bottom margins should be set at 3.0; 2.5; 3.3; and 2.5 cm respectively. Title: The title must be typed centered in single column with Verdana Bold 12 pitch and capitalized (first character of each word in capital only). The title should be clearly representing whole manuscript and not more than 20 words. Authors: The author's name must be written in full without degree, followed by name and address of the affiliation in the next row as well as e-mail address. Abstract: The abstract must be typed justified in single column with Verdana 8 pitch and one inch indented at left and right sides. Keyword: Please supply not more than 5 keywords to be used to create the index for the proceedings. Body Text: The text should be typed in single spaced with double spacing between paragraphs by using Verdana 8 pitch. Major Heading: left justified, typed by using Verdana Bold 8 pitch and capitalized (first character of each word in capital only). Subheadings: left justified, typed by using Verdana Italic Bold 8 pitch and capitalized (first character of each word in capital only). Secondary subheading: left justified, typed by using Verdana Italic 8 pitch. Figure and Table: These will be reproduced exactly as supplied. Every Figure and Table must be equipped with brief description placed on bottom and upper sides, respectively. Table must be created in single spaced without vertical lines. The size of figure must be not large than 10 x 15 cm. References: The reference in text must be typed in brackets by the family name of the first author and the year of publication. For reference multiple authors and multiple publications in the same year thus indicated as (Leder and Bruno, 2000), (Smith and Jones, 1991a), (Lee et al, 1999), and listed in the References section by alphabetically of the first author. Reference cited of scientific journal should be typed as shown below: Serbezov, A. S., Sotirchos, S. V. (1997) Mathematical modeling of the adsorptive separation of multicomponent gaseous mixtures, Chemical Engineering Science, 52, 79-91.

Thesis, University of Michigan, U.S.A. Reference cited of patent should be typed as shown below: Primack, H.S. (1983) Method of Stabilizing Polyvalent Metal Solutions, U.S. Patent No. 4,373,104 Biography: Please include a short biography of the author who will give presentation at the end of the manuscript. This will not produced in conference proceeding but only use as introductory material for your session chair at the conference. Page Limit: A manuscript should have a maximum length of 10 pages of A4 paper size. Registration: We require that each manuscript be accompanied by a paid Author Advance Registration for at least one author designated to make the presentation at the conference. The Registration Fee is NOT refundable, but may be transferred to the designee who will present your paper at the conference.
