MIMMI MONTGOMERY President Barack Obama nominates Ernest J. Moniz [Mo-niece] - a physicist and advocate of natural gas and nuclear power, and Gina McCarthy - an experienced clean air regulator from the Democratic Party to continue his work towards tackling climate change and energy policy. Mrs. McCarthy will become head of the Environmental Protection Agency and Mr. Moniz [Mo-niece] for the Energy Department. The appointments require Senate confirmation and the two departments will work together on the first task towards replacing coal with natural gas for electricity production. His parents, both 21 years old, died in the accident caused by a BMW colliding into their cab. Police have identified 44-year-old [HULIO A-CE-VEDO] Julio Acevedo as a suspect in the case. Community leader Isaac Abraham stated that, He would have been in memory and a little reminder to the grandparents of his parents. Now that little boy has been torn away as well. According to the New York Times this number is unusually high for a murder trial in South Africa. He was told to turn in his passport and firearms. He is not allowed to leave his home area or contact any witnesses, and he cannot use drugs or alcohol. His home has been declared a crime scene which means he cannot be there as long as the trial is continuing. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx MIMMI MONTGOMERY F-B-I agent Corey Walsh testified this third day of the trial against Gilberto Valle [Val-je] a former police officer from New York accused of plot to kidnapping, rape and cannibalism. Walshs testimony includes segments from Valles [Val-jes] e-mail correspondence that reveals the former officers plans to use a stun gun on his kidnapped victim then cook her in an oven at low heat for his own pleasure and her suffering. Defense attorney Robert M. Baum [Baw-m] responds claiming that the F-B-I is selectively choosing what to present to court by picking the most damaging segments possible. The study includes comparisons collected world wide of genetic

codes from thirty-three-thousand patients with a psychiatric disorder, and twenty-eight-thousand people without a disorder. Research began in 2007 after discoveries of cerebral genetic connections between twins with disorders and these results strengthen the work towards finding the underlying causes behind psychiatric diseases. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx KRISTIANE AATEIGEN The National Rifle Association claims that the current administration does not support their own suggested actions regarding gun policies. Their source is an unfinished report, written by the Justice Department on gun control research. The memo critiques the effectiveness of several proposals. However a Justice Department official has stated that the memo Does not represent administration policy. The N-R-As Chief Washington Lobbyist Chris W. Cox does not want to comment on how the organization obtained the document. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx TINA KASIN A 2-and-a-half-year-old girl has been cured for H-I-V. The little girl was diagnosed with the infection only 30 minutes after her birth. Her doctor first believed he had treated a healthy child when she was found healthy. But tests showed that the treatments had cured her. This is the first child and the second person to ever be cured. Although there are not many cases of children born with H-I-V in the U-S scientist believe this will have a huge effect on other countries with a high HI-V rate. The details of this case were released during a scientific conference held in Atlanta yesterday. Local police say the criminal was arrested and charged with handling stolen goods and fraud-related offences. The masked mystery man disappeared without giving a name.
