PROJECT# 2 Oct10-Mar11 (07months) Title : My Vodafone/Goopil Technology : Websphere Server 6, Oracle, Java/J2EE, Struts1.2, Ant, CVS Domain : Telecom/Energy & Utility Role : Middleware/Developer/Configuration Management Team Size : 6 Client : Vodafone Ireland Project Description: My Vodafone is an application which is integrated inside the Vodafone Ireland site. There are 2 major parts/applications inside this: 1)My Vodafone 2)Online Store a. Interfaces with My Vodafone: Tibco, LDAP, Offering Engine,Dotnet,CMS There is no database connection from the application.It will call 90% service calls to Tibco or some other interface. Tibco calls/hits the database wherever is the data is present. The request is through SOAP call and response back to My Vodafone. My Contribution:Tasks that I have performed in this project:

PROJECT# 1 26Feb07-Oct10 3+Yrs Title : ICare2(MVC1/MVC2) Technology : JBoss,J2EE architecture JSPs, Servlets, Web Service, Struts 1.2 Domain : Telecom Rle : Developer/Team Lead Team Size : 6 members Project : Idea Cellular Limited Project Description: ICare2 Considered to be the Lifeline of Idea Cellular, it is a CRM s/w, which takes care of each and every customer communication like complaints, requests, queries and feedbacks at each customer contact point. Automated service provisioning has reduced efforts up to 35% to 40% and taken the average provisioning time down to 90 seconds from 2 hours. It has built in MIS with more than 90 reports, which includes graph-based report and detailed as well as summary reports. First Centralized application with integration of all 21 circles BSCS so that any Idea subscriber info is available throughout the country on one click. Primary Users are Call Centers across all Idea Circles, Franchisees, and Idea n U shops and dealers across country, around 16000 (8000 x 2) total concurrent users. The project has 3 Major components Registration: Customer care representative with their credentials log into the tool and registered the call (Query/Complaints/Requests). Resolution: Registered call (Complaints/Requests) should be resolve by the resolution team/automations within predefined SLAs. Resolution team with their credentials log into the customer care tool and able to see all registered (unresolved) calls. Reports: To measure the business related performance on the basis of different criteria e.g. circle wise, complaint wise, query wise etc. This application has around 10+ interfaces which directly talks to the application. The medium for interaction is Via DB Links/ Web Service. My Contribution:a. b. c. d. e. Worked as an Individual contributor/ Team Lead. Involved in client interaction and requirement gathering. Development &Support for project specific problems. Delivery and project specific documentation. Involved in ITIL processes and RCA of the application.
